Miley Ray Cyrus born Destiny Hope Cyrus on November 23rd, 1992 is an American musician, singer, and actress. Her distinctively raspy voice is a signature of her music, which incorporates elements from many genres and styles including country pop, rock music from experimental, pop, and rock. With thirteen entries, Cyrus holds the record for the most US Billboard 200 top five albums of the 21st century by an artist who is female. Her personal life, public image, and performances have often sparked controversy and garnered a lot of media attention. Cyrus is the daughter of country music star Billy Ray Cyrus, emerged as a teen idol playing the lead character in Hannah Montana, a Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana (2006-2011). As Hannah Montana, she attained three top-five songs in the US Billboard 200, including the US Billboard Hot 100 top-ten single "He Could Be the One". Cyrus's own discography includes the US top albums Meet Miley Cyrus (2007), Breakout (2008), and Bangerz (2013); the top five releases are Can't be Tamed (2010), Younger Now (2017), Plastic Hearts (2020) and the free album Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz (2015).
